Where-ever You are now with your fitness, and where-ever You may want to be, the most efficient way to get there is by establishing a precise plan. In most areas of life this just seems like common sense, but surprisingly many people never establish or follow a precise plan for their fitness. Elite athletes do, and You should too, so that You can ensure the best results for Yourself, starting now!

When You commence training, you should define what outcomes You want to achieve. Eg; I currently weigh 72kg with a body fat of 30%, and I want to weigh 65kg with a body fat of 15%. You could also have performance goals, such as achieving a new bench press record or personal best etc. Whatever the outcome, once it is defined, You need to know exactly what you need to do, to achieve that outcome. We do all of that for You.

When You commence a program with PHIT we complete a comprehensive pre screen and assessment with You, which, among other things, defines Your goals. From that assessment Your trainer will have the information necessary to design a program that covers both training and nutrition, which lays out in detail everything which You need to do, to achieve Your fitness goal.

Your body is unique, and what is best for You may not be best for the next person. We guarantee that none of the cookie cutter on line programs, or workout routines that are available elsewhere on the net, will achieve the best result for You. You need to tell us about Your current health and fitness, and what Your goals are, so that we can then tailor a program exclusively for You.

Peak Physique Fit General Access Subscription; $60 per month

Includes full access to Peak Physique Fit training software for the duration of program registration. With this powerful software, You are able to easily design a strength training program, and nutrition plan, tailored to achieving Your prescribed goals.

The programs produced by using Peak Physique Fit software will not be easy to complete. Don’t let this worry You. The program is designed to challenge You, and thereby increase your body’s performance. This is the only way that You will achieve results. If You are completing a program, and it is not challenging, then Your original strength test inputs were incorrect, and need to be adjusted.

The software will use Your current data, including current strength levels, together with inputs of your desired goals, together with well founded and proven exercise science to intuitively produce a program of a duration up to 16 weeks. Once produced, Your program requires no adjustment, however if, whether prior to commencement, or at any time while completing the program, You wish to make adjustments, the fully customisable functionality allows You to do whatever You need, including;

  • Add further exercises, or delete existing exercises
  • Adjust prescribed weights
  • Adjust reps
  • Adjust sets
  • Add or remove extra food or whole meals
  • Adjust diet to account for additional or reduced activity
  • Any combination of the above

The software has fully diary features with performance analysis in-built. This allows You to track Your training and nutrition, and adjustments can be made if required, to ensure Your best results.
