In most areas of life this just seems like common sense, but surprisingly many people never establish or follow a precise plan for their fitness. When You commence training, you should define what outcomes You want to achieve. Eg; I currently weigh 72kg with a body fat of 30%, and I want to weigh 65kg with a body fat of 15%. You could also have performance goals, such as achieving a new bench press record or personal best etc. Whatever the outcome, once it is defined, You need to know exactly what you need to do, to achieve that outcome. We do all of that for You.
When You commence a program with PHIT we complete a comprehensive pre screen and assessment with You, which, among other things, defines Your goals. From that assessment Your trainer will have the information necessary to design a program that covers both training and nutrition, which lays out in detail everything which You need to do, to achieve Your fitness goal.
